Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of InkedFlowOS (“we,” “us”), a booking, client management, and payment platform for tattoo studios (“Shops”). By creating a Shop account, working as an artist on a Shop’s account, or booking an appointment with a Shop through InkedFlowOS, you agree to these Terms.

What InkedFlowOS is — and isn’t

InkedFlowOS provides software that Shops use to manage booking requests, scheduling, messaging, waivers, and payments. InkedFlowOS is not a tattoo studio, does not employ artists, and is not a party to the tattoo service itself — that relationship is solely between the client and the Shop. InkedFlowOS is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any tattoo or other service booked through the platform.

Shop responsibilities

• Shops are responsible for holding any licenses, permits, and insurance required to legally operate in their jurisdiction.
• Shops are responsible for the accuracy and adequacy of their own waiver terms, aftercare instructions, and pricing shown to clients.
• Shops are responsible for complying with applicable health, safety, and consumer-protection laws, including any minimum-age and consent requirements for tattooing.
• Shops are the data controller for their own clients’ information and are responsible for how that information is used outside the platform.

Accounts

You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Payments

Deposits and payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe Connect. By connecting a Stripe account, a Shop also agrees to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Processing fees, deposit amounts, and refund terms are configured by each Shop; InkedFlowOS is not a party to the payment and does not guarantee funds availability, which is governed by Stripe’s own terms and verification requirements.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to violate another person’s rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts.
• Upload content you don’t have the right to share, or content that is abusive, fraudulent, or infringing.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

InkedFlowOS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InkedFlowOS and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, or from any dispute, injury, or outcome related to a tattoo service booked through it. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount of platform fees paid to InkedFlowOS in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for violation of these Terms. Shops may cancel their account at any time; outstanding payment obligations survive termination.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of InkedFlowOS after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
